High-Quality Stucco Restoration Service For Over 25 Years
Stucco is big news right now in Pennsylvania. Much of the stucco siding in the area has been installed with a 3 – 4 layer method. This construction method is inexpensive, but it doesn’t include any way for moisture to get out if it gets in. The result is the current epidemic of wall rot that is sweeping through PA neighborhoods. Stucco Today does not just repair or replace stucco with more of the same. We use a modern 6 layer technique that eliminates the chance of the same problem in the future.
What we’re best at. Complete removal of problem stucco siding, the replacement of damage underneath, and then the application of new stucco. Done right, so that you will not need to do this again in another 15 years.
Fix smaller problems before they becom bigger problems. Cracks, holes, leaks, or improperly installed flashing can all lead to big problems like wall rot over time. Let us eliminate the problem now, and save money in the long run.
Most major stucco problems are caused by moisture intrusion. So make sure that doesn’t happen with a waterproof Thorolastic coating on your stucco. Not only does this coating keep water out, but it makes stucco look new.
We Focus on Client Satisfaction
What matters most to us is our client’s experience. Our goal is to make our customers want to recommend us to their friends and neighbors, and doing outstanding work is only the start. We also make sure to communicate well and quickly, make sure our work does not inconvenience clients or their neighbors, and, most importantly, stand by our work longer than any of our competitors. The result is clients who are willing to talk about the quality of their experience:
“I’m a big communicator by email and text. Every contractor that I work with has to understand that that’s the way I communicate. When I have a question, or they have a question, I expect it to be answered in a timely fashion. Chris was unbelievable. We texted every day, he gave me updates, he sent me pictures; it was exactly what I wanted … I was in and out, my wife was in and out during the job, and Chris was pretty much always here and supervising. His guys were reliable, trustworthy, and pleasant to work with.”

“Chris was probably the eighth person I went through. First of all, contractors would say ok, come out, and then I’d never hear from them again. You also had massive ranges of prices that people would give you. And a lot of people would say ‘we’re not even coming out if its not your entire house.’ They want to rip the siding around the entire house off. And two complete sides have no issue at all. Just small issues on the other sides. But Chris just fixed the individual areas, and when they blended that stucco together, I couldn’t believe it. It was perfect, you couldn’t even see the difference.”

“The job site was very organized, and the workers here cleaned up after themselves. There wasn’t any massive cleanup at the end of the week, or even the end of the day, it was cleaned as they went. And then at the very end of the day, they went through and washed things down, raked up any small debris. Ya know with a job site with this many people, you have to have things like a dumpster, you have to have a porta-potty. In the beginning, we were thinking, ‘what are our neighbors going to think?’ but, ya know, it was managed, and it was managed very well. For example, they put down wood slats for the dumpster, so when they picked it up and put it down it wouldn’t damage the asphalt in the street. Chris himself inspected the site every time he was here, but there really wasn’t anything for him to say, because the site was kept clean the whole time.”
